If you have a medical emergency please make your way to your local emergency department. If you require advice from a GP for an urgent matter, that can not wait until we re-open at 8 am the following day please phone Beldoc on 02890744447.

We respectfully ask that all patients wear a face covering when inside our buildings. Some of our patients and staff may be vulnerable and need protection.

We are presently unable to issue exemptions from wearing a face covering, the onus to provide such remains on the individual person not the GP.

Please note we operate ‘telephone first access’ supported by SMS texts, photographs and videos. Phone calls may be recorded for quality assurance. Repeat prescriptions can be ordered on-line and need 3 working days for completion, these can be collected by your preferred chemist. Phone requests for repeats can only be taken after noon. Staff answering your phone calls may ask for information to help us signpost your needs.

Only urgent clinical matters can be dealt with after noon.

If you have been given an appointment time please wear a face covering and do not arrive early.
